If you are wondering why am posting this after the buzz has cooled off, good for you. It means you are on planet earth. Am doing this for those who live under a rock like my friend Phil.

I thought after Denny Ow’s internet sensation for a week or so, everyone would have already seen this artwork. I couldn’t be more wrong, seems some were overtaken by El Chapo’s recapture. lol

Phil saw some of these artwork on my laptop and by the look on his face I could tell he had no idea what this amazing art was all about.

I couldn’t be more happier to showcase this for the likes of him.

Ever imagined American A listers celebrities without the bling blings, the chains, the baggy clothes and Niki without her glamorous outfits? Even better, imagine the stars in African traditional attires.

Ghanaian fashion illustrator Denny Owusu-Ansah simply known as Denny Ow became an internet sensation when he released some photos on Instagram of hand painted American musicians clad in African attires.

The artist features the likes of Niki Minaj, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, P Diddy, Drake, Jay Z, Rihanna, Beyonce, Rick Ross and Meagan Good the actress.

Rihanna dressed in  Zulu and wait till you see Nicki Minaj.

  1. I like the helpful info you provide in your articles.
I will bookmark your weblog and check again here frequently.

I’m quite sure I’ll learn lots of new stuff right
here! Best of luck for the next!

  2. You actually make it appear so easy along with your presentation however I find this matter to
be actually one thing which I think I’d by no means understand.
It sort of feels too complex and very wide for me.
I’m looking ahead in your subsequent publish, I’ll try to get the hold of it!
